A loan of $1,350 helps pay workers and suppliers, and buy supplies.

Cesar Augusto's story

Cesar Augusto is a 39-year-old businessman living in the city of Cartagena, where he has a business buying and selling shrimp. He has over ten years' experience in this business.
He got the idea from working for a man who sold wholesale. With time, he has learned the business, gotten to know providers and gained knowledge. He started to study the market and realized that he could start his own business processing and peeling shrimp. His business now has 2 employees who contribute to generating income for their families.
His learning throughout the years has contributed to improving his lifestyle and that of those around him.
His clients are generally restaurants and some individuals.
Due to the COVID-19 global pandemic, he had to close his business for safety reasons and his income has drastically decreased.
He is now seeking his first loan on Kiva via the Fundación Mario Santo Domingo to increase his working capital. The loan will allow him to pay labour already provided, pay suppliers, and buy supplies for his business. Support him with this loan for his business.
