A loan of $650 helps to purchase goods.

Maria Francisca's story

María, 28 years old, is married and lives with her two young children and her husband in the city of Tulcán.
María dedicates herself to selling fruits and vegetables. She is a very hardworking woman and opens her shop very early in the morning, which is her source of income and her means of being able to cover the household expenses.
Maria needs this loan to buy more fruits and vegetables, so she has a variety of products to offer to her clients. She also wants to increase the sale of basic products such as non-perishable foods in order to provide her family with a better quality of life.

This loan is special because:

It focuses on the poorest one-fifth of the population with no access to financial services.
