A loan helped a member to buy a thermos flask, fizzy drinks and make fried goods to sell around the local area.

Luz Radiante Group's story

Concepcion (in the middle of the group in the light blue t-shirt) is the president of the "Luz Radiante" [Shining Light] association. She is 63 years old and has been a widow for the past 5 years. She has had a difficult life working in the countryside to raise her 4 children. Concepción does not have her own house and her dream is to buy land to build a house. She needs a loan to buy a thermos flask, fizzy drinks and to make fried goods which she sells door-to-door from her tricycle.
Concepción looks after her grandchildren who she takes with her while she sells her products. In the future she plans to have a fixed stall to sell from as problems with her knees make it increasingly difficult to walk.
Help brave and hard working people like Concepción, age has no limits when it comes to achieving your dreams!
