Noong Luong 24 Group's story

Suong, 48, is a ethnic minority man who lives with his wife, and his second-born daughter in a small house in remote mountainous areas of northwest Vietnam. His first-born daughter is working in another province far from home.

Like other villagers in the village, Suong and his wife work very hard at some small scale activities such as cultivating rice, raising chickens, ducks and cows. Recently, Suong decided to take his eighth loan at Anh Chi Em program after successful repaid his previous seven loans. This time, Suong will use the loan to buy food for his animals. Suong hopes that with this support from the program, his investment will pay off, his animals will grow up quickly and healthy so he can sell them. Suong plans to use the income from this investment to reinvest in his breeding model by buying more baby ducks for rasing.
