A loan helped a member to buy and sell sheep to meet the needs of her family.

Yiriwaton Group's story

The woman who is holding the sheep is Sitan. She is Malian and 41 years old. She is the mother of four children and she is illiterate.

Sitan has been working in sheep farming for over 10 years. She buys her sheep at the local market, raises them for a few months, and then sells them at her town's main market.

After 10 months, Sitan can earn an income of 25,000 FCFA per head of sheep. To increase her sales and earn more profits, she is asking for a loan from RMCR.

Sitan doesn't have any problems with her activity for the moment. She dreams that her children can go to school and work in important jobs in the future.

In this group: Sitan, Bougoukoura, Djelika, Dounamba, Sounkoura, Konwele, Fily, Tata, Wassa, Mama, Binta, Soungou
