A loan of $1,350 helps to increase the working capital for his business and to buy iron, aluminum, copper, brass, among other things.

Ever Enrique's story

Ever is a 36-year-old micro-entrepreneur. He lives in the city of Baranquilla with his spouse and their small three-year-old child. He also owns a junkyard business there.

Ever Enrique started the business due to a lack of employment opportunities, and with the desire to get his family ahead and offer them a better quality of life. Since he started the business, he has become known in the area as a responsible and hard-working person.

He offers his services on credit to his main customers—people in the surrounding areas, neighbors, family members, and friends.

Due to the Covid-19 pandemic he had to suspend his economic activities for health reasons and due to national government regulations. His sales and income have decreased considerably.

He is currently working with his first Kiva loan with the Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, to be able to increase the working capital for his business and to buy iron, aluminum, copper, brass, among other things. This will enable him to increase his sales and income.

Give him a hand with his business loan!
