A loan helped a member to buy 2 bundles of secondhand clothing, which will strengthen her initial capital.

Ujio Group's story

Madame Dorcas is a client of Hekima IMF and chairs the banque villageoise "UJIO"; she is married, 36 years old and a mother of 3 children who are all in school, her partner is an electrician.

She is a saleswoman of secondhand clothing, she started this business 10 years ago with the start-up funds received from her husband. Later she involved the Hekima program to support her business, during which it has gradually improved. With this new loan, she will purchase 2 bundles of secondhand clothing, which will strengthen her initial capital. The challenge of her business is related to the lack of customers because of Covid-19.

She would like her children to continue studying and would like to build a house. Finally, she would like to thank Hekima and its partners for their support of non-bankable business owners in this context of the global crisis linked to Covid-19. The photo is only of the leader of the group because of Covid-19.
