A loan helped a member to buy quintals of corn and beans and pigs to raise.

Las Soñadoras Group's story

Maura Justina (sitting in the center of her group) is 68 years old. She’s worked through loans from Pro Mujer for 20 years. She's a member of communal bank "Las Soñadoras."

Thanks to all her hard work, she offered her eight children an education and proper housing. "My hope is to continue helping them as a responsible mother and father," she says proudly of her children. Maura started with a tortilla making business and now also sells soft drinks and cooked beans. She needs a loan to buy quintals of corn and beans and pigs to raise. She's counting on your financial support to continue progressing. Bravo for hardworking, proud women like Maura!
