Basga is the representative of the Wendnasongue De Bissighin group. He is married and has seven children. The oldest is 20 and the youngest is 5 and all seven go to school. He has eight dependents. Basga has been selling clothing for 19 years. He stocks up at the markets outside Lomé. With the loan money he would like to buy 15 dozen ready-to-wear outfits.
