A loan of $725 helped to purchase materials for her artisanal crafts.

Eusebia's story

At 38 years old, Eusebia continues to fight to get her family ahead. She is married to Andrés, 35, with whom she has 3 children. They all live in their own home, located in the tourist area of the central Peruvian jungle.

She has been working in artisanal craft production for 17 years. She makes things such as: bags, necklaces and bracelets made from the seeds of different plants from the area. With her husband, she also makes and sells herbal drinks that are natural medicine. Her stall is located in the native community "Pampa Michi", where the customs and traditions of the native rainforest people is still conserved.

What she likes the most is travelling to other cities bringing the artisanal crafts and medicines that she makes. But in order to enjoy her family more, in the future she wants to rent a stand in order to start a food store in her house.

This is the third loan that she has had with MFP and she makes sure to take care of her credit history so that she doesn't lose the trust that she has gained with the organization. With the money that she is asking for she will buy special fabrics to make bags with, as well as herbs, stalks and leaves to prepare her natural medicine.
