A loan helped a member to buy assorted merchandise to stock her store.

Tavai Group's story

The group called "Tavai" is in its sixth cycle in the program of the women's committee. It is located in the city of Caacupé, where the 25 members of the group make great efforts to be able to get ahead with their families.

Mirian is one of the members of the group. She works arduously to help to provide for her family, with a small store that she has in her house. She is a hardworking person who, despite daily difficulties, never lets herself be defeated. She seeks the means to be able to better herself, and for her family to want for nothing.

She notes that, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, she has not been able to work as usual, and this has affected her business. She was not able to generate the income to be able to meet her obligations, both with the Fundación as well as her other obligations.

She requests this loan to be able to buy assorted merchandise for her store, in order to be able to stock up and so to continue offering good products to her clients.
