A loan helped a member to buy various articles of clothing and shoes to sell.

La Familia Group's story

The La Familia group was formed by friends and neighbors from the city of Mariano Roque Alonso who seek to improve their quality of life. Each member has her own business venture, through which she earns the means to support her family.

Mabel is one of the members who makes a living in sales. She sells clothing and shoes in a modest store she owns. Mabel is an enterprising person who is looking for a way to get ahead and help her family. She says the crisis that has crossed the globe with the spread of the COVID-19 pandemic has impeded the ability to work normally and generate the resources necessary to cover all of her obligations.

Mabel says she needs to be able to invest a little more capital in her business in order to get it up and running again. In this way, she will meet obligations she was not able to cover during the quarantine months when she could not work normally and will pick herself back up.

She is requesting this loan to purchase clothing and shoes and to start anew. Mabel is thankful for the opportunity to access this loan and move forward.
