A loan helped a member to refinance her debt and invest in her business.

Kuña Marangatu Group's story

The group called "Kuña Marangatu" is made up of 22 women and they are in cycle 11 of the women's committee program. The majority work in different trade activities and they mention that they joined in order to work together, and through this power provide better living conditions to their families and get ahead.

One of the members is Ada who works in a "tamberia", that is to say, she keeps cows to produce milk and cheese that she herself makes with the help of her husband. They are a hard working couple who, with effort and sacrifice, bring their family ahead.

Ada mentions that due to the crisis generated by the Covid pandemic19, they were left these past months without a job to generate their income for the family, and as a result they were unable to meet their commitments, which has affected them greatly.

Ada asks for this loan to apply for the refinancing of her debt in order to get back on track, and at the same time invest in her business in order to strengthen it and continue with her work.

She thanks you for this opportunity that will be very helpful.
