A loan helped a member to purchase the ACE-1 hybrid energy system for cooking, lighting and charging in a way that is safer, cleaner and saves money.

Morgue Group's story

Collier is a 42-year-old man who lives in a multi bedroom house with 3 other family members, including 2 children. Collier works as administrator but struggles with buying multiple fuel and with insufficient income. Most of what he spends on his energy expenses is on paraffin and gas, which cost up to 546 LSL per month. He also spends as much as 1 hour per day gathering fuel and fulfilling other energy needs like phone charging. Collier and the other member of the group in this village each bought the ACE 1 cookstove. This will help them save the money they spend every month on fuel and also help them access solar electricity for charging their mobile devices any time for free. The ACE 1 clean cook-stove is biomass and solar powered. For more information on the ACE1 cook stove please visit www.africancleanenergy.com and Facebook @African Clean Energy.
