Dúo Mujeres Vencedoras Group's story

Duo Mujeres Vencedoras

Roselia continues to represent this group. She has worked for more than ten years making and selling traditional handmade weavings and embroideries.

She is thankful to the funders from Kiva and FAPE for all the help they've given her during the time she has worked.

She was behind in her payments a few days because she was sick, but she recovered and is now weaving her güipiles [traditional Guatemalan tunics or blouses] again.

She is seeking the loan to buy threads and fabric for her embroideries since she has gotten back to making her weavings again; she has a backup of orders and doesn't want to make a bad impression with her customers.

In this group: Jocabed Abigahil, Roselia
