A loan of $300 helped purchase of raw material for his business.

Marcos Antonio's story

Mr. Marcos Antonio F. P. is married and lives in the district of Medardo Andino. He has three children, the oldest of whom is 18 and works and helps support the household expenses. The two younger children are financially dependent upon the head of the family. Marcos and his son devote themselves to carpentry and have their own workshop. One of the main problems that hold them back are the lack of materials and machinery to carry out the offers of work they are presented with. Marcos started his workshop through his own effort and his long-term savings. He would like to buy a lathe, which would improve and speed up the work, and is the reason he asks for a loan, as well as for the purchase of a larger wood supply, which will increase his sales and improve his household finances.
