San Blas Group's story

The women's communal bank group called San Blas is in it's loan 21st cycle. Each member has her own activity and works every day from early in the morning. This group of women has worked with the Foundation for 12 years. Felipa is one of the members of the group, she has a small sewing workshop in her home where she makes blanket sets, pillows and duvets to order for subsequent dispatch to the nations capital. She mentions that all the support that she received from the Foundation has been a great help and has allowed her to invest in her business and support her family.
She is applying for the loan to buy fabric and wadding in quantity in order to continue to make the products described.
Observation: Only one person appears in the picture, however this is a group loan. It was not possible to take a group picture because of the need to avoid groups of people due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
