Shalom: Dios Con Nosotros Group's story

The savings group "Shalom Dios Con Nosotros" is one of the oldest working with this microfinance agency. Delfina is a fine artesan who, for six years, has been weaving items such as bags, purses, shawls, and ponchos. The items vary according to the season and the requests of her clients. She uses various materials such as wool and different types of thread. She has four children, of whom she is still responsible for two. She will use the loan to buy prodcuts to improve her weaving.
Enriqueta sells cakes and different types of desserts from a location that she was able to rent thanks to much effort on her part. Although she is very skilled, she is working to improve her products in order to gain more income. Enriqueta wishes to grow her business and so she will use the loan to buy a blender and other tools that she needs.
Ruth is the nurse of the group. She sells products made by Unión, such as bread, cakes, pies, cookies, and more. This pays for her nursing studys, and she is currently finishing her courses. The whole group is grateful for the loan and they promise to complete their repayments according to the agreed timeline.
