La Sra. Elsa se dedica a la venta comidas típicas del Paraguay como Pastel Mandi'o (Empanada de Mandioca) hace 25 años en el Mercado Municipal Nº 2 de Coronel Oviedo, comenta que aprendió a realizar el producto con mucha delicadeza de su madre. Ella ayuda y apoya económicamente a su marido para la manutención de la casa y la educación de sus hijos.
