A loan helped me to continue to be a Catalyst For Community.

Jason's story

I was born in Montana, raised in Washington State. My parents Jim & Jackie Gray both worked and instilled a strong work ethic in myself. I have a wonderful sister who still lives in Seattle. After college, I worked for a coffee company in Alaska for about 10 years. I moved to Castle Rock in 1998 and opened Crowfoot Valley Coffee in January of 1999. Landing is Castle Rock was no accident. I searched out a smaller community that had a big growth curve. It was a size that Crowfoot could make a name for itself. I was on the Chamber Of Commerce Board Of Directors for 7 years. Then the Downtown Merchant Board for 7 years. Serving as board president for 5 years. Currently I serve as the Town Of Castle Rock Mayor. Even though Crowfoot is twenty years old I still enjoy it. I have a passion for coffee and people. Crowfoot has been named "Best Of The Best" in Castle Rock 21 years in a row.
