A loan of $4,025 helped a member to buy recyclable items.

Ñustas Group's story

The Ñustas (Incan Princesses) communal bank is part of the Santiago II focal center; they have been organized for about three years and wish to stay together for a very long time still.

One of the members is Santos Eliseo A., 32. He recycles furniture, stoves, bottles, etc. When an article isn’t too damaged, Eliseo repairs it. In other cases, he sells them to other merchants. He needs funds to buy more recyclables.

The other group members have various commercial activities; such as: neighborhood grocery store, clothing sales, public transportation, seamstress services, quinoa juice sales, vegetable sales, locksmith services and wool sales.

All the members need funds to strengthen and improve their businesses.

In this group: Eliseo Santos, Fedelia, Rufina Wilma, Delia, Demetria, Florencia, Zenobia, Gloria, Nolberta, Janette, Tomasina, Abigail, Agustina
