A loan of $550 helped buy clothing to sell.

Erika's story

Erika is 35 years old. She is married and is the mother of two children, who are still small. They live together in their own house.

For more than 3 years, she has sold clothing and shoes. Because she has to alternate this work with her household chores, she began this activity by offering her merchandise to her friends and other neighbors in her area. She has various customers, who know and recognize the quality of the goods that she offers and don't hesitate to buy from her. She very much enjoys what she does, even more when she sells on credit, because then the payment will be more than what it cost initially. Nevertheless, sometimes she loses when one of her customers never finishes paying her. For now, she intends to continue to sell her goods and increase her income, since her great wish is to buy a stall in the market where she could sell much more.

This is her eleventh loan with MFP, so she will continue being punctual with her payments. At the same time, she is a very responsible member of her community bank. With the loan that she is applying for, she will buy more clothing of exclusive styles, which have high demand in the market.
