Martin's story

Martin is a hardworking and focused man who is married and blessed with two children who are in school.

Martin runs a butcher shop in his hometown to earn a living and has been in the business for five years. He is married to a business lady and, with the two businesses, they are able to support their family and pay school fees for their children.

Martin saves his money with his group in Faulu Kenya called Sinuka Kitengela which guarantees loans made to its members. He hopes to grow his business since he can access loans and this is his first loan. He has requested a loan of Kes 20,000 from Faulu Kenya to add to his stock of goats for slaughter.

Martin hopes to grow his business and open other outlets in the future.
