01_Ndieyennesirakh Group's story

This [Banc Villageois], established in August 2019, regroups these sixteen women who live in the same village. They share strong ties of kinship, friendship and solidarity. They have reimbursed several loans on time. Their main business is trade.

Mrs. Diouma, 72 years old, is the representative. She is standing on the right of the photo and is raising her hand. She is married and mother of eight children who are all adults. Diouma runs a business selling vegetables, fish and various types of products. She purchases her products in the city market closest to her neighborhood. She sells them from home where she has a table. She has several years of experience in this sector.

She plans to use this new loan to purchase vegetables, oil and fish which she will sell with reasonable profits.

Her profits allow her to expand her business and support her children when necessary.
