A loan of $1,000 helped son's medical expenses.

José Guadalupe's story

Sr. Jose Guadalupe H. and his wife, Sr. Martha Rangel, are parents. They are applying for a loan to pay for medical care for their son who was injured when he was struck by a car. The person responsible for the accident has refused to accept responsibility and the couple have to pay for various tests and operations. They don't have the money they need to pay for the medical tests that their son needs. Their only desire is that their son recover. Sr. Jose plans to repay the loan with earnings from his tire repair business since his wife will cover their household expenses with the income she receives as a part-time bookkeeper.
