Eusebio's story

Eusebio is 36 years old and lives with his partner and mother of his six children. He lives in Palmapampa, which is located in the jungles of Peru. This is where he has his own house. His always desired to begin a profitable business. That is why he grows cacao and coffee. He would like to expand his cultivable land. Also he would like to rent land from other farmers. Eusebio works on his farm from six in the morning until six in the evening. He usually works alone but sometimes he gets help from his partner and his children. In harvest time he needs to hire workers in order to facilitate harvesting his crops. He sells his crops locally at market price.
This is his first loan with MFP. He promises to pay his loan on time and according to the payment schedule. He is thankful to the members of the communal bank and wants to be sure that they continue to exist as they provide many benefits. He will invest the loan money in the maintenance of his cacao plantation.
