Las Campeonas Group's story

The bank called Las Campeonas is in its second loan cycle and wants to continue working together so they can improve their quality of life. There are 17 members in the group, all with high expectations for the work they're doing together.

One of the members is Herenia, who works selling chipa [cheese bread], a traditional Paraguyan food that's eaten any time of year. She has her eatery in her own home. She's a very enterprising and hardworking woman. She's happy to be able to join the group, which will be a big help to her in realizing her goals.

She's requesting this loan to be able to buy ingredients to make her cheese bread: starch, cheese, eggs, shortening, salt, and other items.

In this group: Josefina, Bernarda, Liz, Herenia, Gabriela, Maria, Myrian, Mirta, Gloria, Maria, Luz, Carolina, Gisselle, Amanda, As, Eleuteria, Sonia
