Waukae Group's story

Jaria Ramadhan, age 51, is married with 7 children. She has been having a kiosk business (selling juice, water, sodas) for one year. She works from 8am to 8pm daily and she is able to make a monthly profit of about $306.

This will be Jaria’s 2nd loan from Tujijenge Tanzania. She used the previous loan to increase on the capital and has paid back the loan successfully. She hopes for a loan to increase stock of her business.

Jaria will share this loan with her loan group Waukee, which totals 17 members. The members of the group will hold each other accountable in paying back the loan.
