A loan of $600 helped buying fabrics.

Rosa De La Cruz's story

Rosa De La Cruz lives in the Santa Rosa neighborhood of the city of Ybycui, along with her husband and two children.
She has worked in her business for more than 30 years. She started working together with her mother, and she later went to Asunción in search of better opportunities. During her time there, she was able to advance her education by studying clothing design and creation. She later returned to her native city to start her own business as a professional clothing designer and creator.
She currently works out of her home, and she has a solid base of customers who greatly admire her work. She creates clothing of all types, including suits, bridal gowns and trousers for men and women.
She would like to provide an additional service to her customers: opening a fabric store to provide her clients with more choices. She is requesting the loan for this purpose, and also because she has received an order from a factory in Ybycui for employee uniforms, as well as orders for uniforms for students in some of the city's schools.
Rosa is grateful to the Paraguaya Foundation for the help provided through the loan, and she assures us that she will work hard with a great desire to continue making progress.
