A loan helped a member to restock Bazin (damask fabric), and thread for embroidery in bulk, that will reinforce her initial capital.

Le Chevalier Group's story

Mrs. Antoinette is a customer of the micro-finance institution, Hekima and presides over a cohesive group, « LE CHEVALIER » . She is married, 54-years-old, and the mother of six children who are finished with school. Her partner is a doctor.

She is a seamstress; she started this business 20 years ago with start-up funds received from her husband. Later, she got involved with the Hekima program to support her business, over the course of which it gradually evolved.

With this new loan, she is going to stock Bazin (damask) and embroidery thread in bulk, that will reinforce her initial capital. Her business doesn't have any problems.

She would like to construct a solid house. Finally, she wishes to thank Hekima and its partners for the support given to owners of businesses with no cash value.

In this group: Antoinette, Regine, Rosy, Mariam
