A loan of $1,000 helped build a house.

Virginia's story

Virginia, age 59, is married and has four children (25, 21, 19, & 17). They are a family of scant economic resources, and none of their children were able to study for a professional career. The oldest child is married and has two children. They do not have their own house. Virginia helped them by passing down to him a piece of land so that they can build their house. None of her children have a stable life. For example, the 17 year old is pregnant, and she is not married.

Virginia lives in the city of Cochabamba in the A. Rancho area. Her main activity is the production of raw milk. She delivers her product to a company that makes dairy products.

The loan is to help her son build his house on the land gave him.
