09-Gpf Boulangerie Khouma Group's story

This 10-member group was founded in 2018. Their goal is to allow members to grow their revenue-generating activities. All of the members live in the same area. They have good relationships and share a culture of solidarity. Their main activity is retail trade.

KharyMbodji, the group representative, is pictured at right with her hand raised. She is married, 48 years old, and has three dependent children.

KharyMbodji sells women's lingerie. She buys her supplies at the market and sells to loyal clients both in her neighborhood and in the surrounding areas.

With the income she earns, she wants to send her children to school and meet her family's needs.
