A loan of $550 helped buy fruits and vegetable to expand his business.

Yon Cherling's story

Yon is 26 years old. He is single, and he lives with his aunt and uncle in the Guadalupe district. This district is in a coastal region that belongs to the Pacasmayo province in the La Libertad region. It is located one hour and ten minutes from the city of Chiclayo, the capital of the Lambayeque region.

For over one year he has been earning a living selling vegetables and fruits outside of the market in the city of Guadalupe. He sells all types of fresh products to his customers. As this is the only activity that provides him with economic income, he tries to offer good quality products and good customer service in order to be able to maintain his business.

His business has been growing, and the demand for the products he sells has been increasing. Therefore, he wishes to expand his business by purchasing more fruits and vegetables.

That is why he is asking Edpyme Alternativa, for the first time, for a loan for 1,500 PEN. This is to help him achieve his objective.

Yon is a very hard working young man, and he is very responsible. His greatest goal is to be able to have a larger stand inside of the market. The people who know him hold him in high esteem, and they consider him to be a trustworthy person.
