01 Los Lirios I Group's story

The Lirios I community bank is new. Maria Esther has been selling empanadas for over a year in order to sustain herself and her small child. She learned the trade from her mother, who was helping her every step of the way. On a normal day when she has greater sales, she takes the opportunity to generate a greater income. Maria is requesting a loan in order to purchase tables and chairs for her business, so she can serve her clients better. This is her first loan, which she hopes to invest in making her business grow.

Her dream is to open a restaurant that is more comfortable, and sell fried chicken in the evenings. She is a single mother of one.
