They have four children: one is a seamstress in a garment factory, one is a labourer, and the other two are students who also support their mother’s business. Mrs. Thorn V. is a grocery seller who owns a general store. Since this business is going well, she wants to expand it, and has thus decided to ask for a loan to buy more groceries and expand her business activities.
