A loan of $825 helps to restock his grocery store and pay school fees for his children.

Simon's story

Simon, age 38, lives with his wife and three children, two of whom are school-going. He owns a general store in the outskirts of Kampala, which the family depends on for their livelihood. He started small, but his shop has gradually gained momentum. However, he is still low on stock to meet demand of the growing clientele.

He needs a loan to add more stock so he can maximize his revenue. He will also use part of the loan to pay part of his children's school fees. Simon appreciates the support that will improve the family's livelihood, as well as keep his children in school.
