A loan of $825 helps to buy agro-produce for trading.

Robert's story

Robert is a married man with three children who all attend school.

He is resident of Kampala and does business from there. He deals in agro-produce, mainly maize, beans and rice, as his main source of income. He also does pig farming to bring in a supplementary income.

His clients are mainly shops, schools, processing factories and several individuals. His clientele has increased over the years, due to the quality of his produce. However, the working capital is limited to stock enough produce to serve all his clients.

He has therefore, applied for a loan of 3,000,000 UGX to buy more produce (maize, coffee and beans) so that he can meet the increasing demand.

Robert appreciates the lenders for their support, which will boost his business.
