Ralph is a 25-year-old single man living with his family. He learned interior design as his major and has been working on a freelance basis since 2005. He does special projects and works on all the details of the design to be presented to customers. Like the majority of young men in Lebanon, he participates in the household with his family.
Today, Ralph is requesting a loan of $1,200 to purchase a new laptop to help provide various types of reports for members of his community. He’s certain that the new laptop will allow him to take on more projects and present his services more quickly to customers.
Due to political and social challenges in Lebanon, personally identifiable attributes entrepreneurs may have been altered to protect their privacy (i.e., blurring portions of the borrower's picture, not indicating a name and location, etc.). Vitas appreciates Kiva lenders' understanding of these challenges and encourages them to continue their support for Lebanon's borrowers.
