Siempre Alegres Originales Group's story

The Siempre Alegres Originales (The Original Always Happy) Communal Bank is in its first lending sequence. All the members are new. The bank was given its name because they are all very happy with the lending specification.

Mrs. Sonia is 34 years old and lives in the Villa Nuevo Potosi zone in the city of La Paz. She lives in her family’s home. She is currently single and has no children. As she doesn’t have a fixed booth, Mrs. Sonia sells plastic goods from a moving cart in the area around Tumusla Avenue. She is the president of the communal bank. She was elected at the formation of the communal bank because of her responsible and charismatic nature. With the money from the loan, she will buy merchandise from the wholesaler and in this way, offer a greater variety of products to her customers.

The loan will be used to buy groceries such as oil, noodles, rice etc. In this way she will be able to make her dishes and increase her working capital in order to improve her economic situation.
