07_ Miss2 Group's story

The group was created in 2015 at the same time as the banc villageois. The group is made up of 9 women who all live in the village. They maintain good relationships of solidarity and cooperation. They all work in the fish business.

Madame Aminata, 45 years old, standing at the right in the photo with a hand raised, is the representative of the group. She is married and mother to 4 children, two of whom are girls. She works in the fish shop because she lives in a village of fisherman. She buys fish on the dock and resells in the surrounding villages and sometimes even the capital because she has a delivery car and lives in a tourist zone.

With her loan, she plans to buy fish in enough quantity to deliver them. The profits generated by this business will server to reinforce the business but also contribute to her family expenses.
