This group is made of ten women. They have known each other through their common economic activities. They share strong ties of solidarity and aid. They live in the same community. Their main business is market gardening. Ms. Awa is the representative of the group, she is on the left of the photo with her hand raised. She is thirty-four years old. She is married and mother of two little girls aged seven and ten. Ms. Awa is active in market gardening. She plans to grow onion and sweet potato with this loan. She will buy fertilizers and seeds to carry out the nurseries necessary for the proper running of her business. The profits from her business will be used to buy livestock (for fattening) and to cover the daily expenses of his family.
