A loan helped to buy fish wholesale.

Jesús David's story

Jesús David is an enterprising young man who started his business selling fish about two years ago. He learned this job from his father. Little by little he expanded his clientele and specialized in distributing larger quantities to restaurants in the center of town.

He has managed to help his family financially working from Monday through Sunday, and now he sees the fruit of his sacrifice. Jesús David carried out other work, finding his way of surviving from selling fish, and currently he lives in the family home.

Jesús David is applying for his first Kiva loan through Fundación Mario Santo Domingo, money he'll use to expand his purchase and be able to stock up on goods during the coming months, when fishing activity decreases considerably.

Support him in his business loan; it will be a success.
