Monnaye's story

In 2008 this woman began a business selling pagnes (colorful West African cloth) and jewelry. She gets her supplies from the main market in Lomé.

As she wants to beef up her stock supply to boost her business, she is requesting a loan from Wages, so she can buy around 20 pagnes of varying quality and a selection of jewelry.

She is married without children, and wants to devote part of her earnings to household expenses and the rest to her business.
