A loan helped to buy more cows to fatten and sell to raise school fees for his children.

Moses's story

Moses is a widower with four children who attend school.

He is a mixed farmer (bananas and cows) in Mpigi. This business provides him with income to provide for his children and also educate his children.

He has plans of expanding his cattle farm to increase his income so that he can keep his children in school and also offer a better livelihood for his family. However, his working capital is not adequate to make it possible.

He has therefore applied for a loan of 4,000,000 UGX to buy more cows to fatten and trade to raise income that will meet the educational costs of his children. He will also buy fertilizer for his banana farm to have good yields.

Moses is grateful for the support.

This loan is special because:

It helps rural farmers to increase productivity and their income.
