A loan of $725 helped to purchase merchandise.

Martin Jesus's story

Martin is a young man who loves rock music. He became an orphan at a young age and was raised by his godmother. Since he was young, he has liked rock music. As he acquired music, he started to see that, with his love of music, he could open a store. Thus, he started to acquire merchandise such as tee shirts, hats, and bracelets with rock group themes. He also started to get music videos of concerts and rock groups of world fame. He also sells Play Station 1, 2 and 3 games and computer games. He could like to have a greater proportion of videos of rock groups from other countries to augment his collection. His job is to get the videos, make a copy on his computer, and sell it to people who like that type of music. With the money from this loan, he will buy merchandise in bulk: tee shirts, hats, CD’s, etc… He is very grateful to Emprender and Kiva for the trust given in granting this loan.
