A loan helped a member to buy fabrics and various materials to resell.

01_Ngfc Group's story

This group comprised of 8 courageous women make up the "banc villageois" which has existed since August 2008. They live in the same neighborhood and have come together in affinity and friendship. They understand loans well and always repaid on the due date. Their main business is in retail.

Madame Anta, the representative, is 58 years old, on the right side of the photo, and raising her hand. She is married and the mother of four children: two girls and two boys of whom two are already in school (a boy and a girl).

Madame Anta has a small retail business selling fabrics and diverse materials. She buys in bulk and resells from her home; she also sells bread from a kiosk in her home. She has almost 37 years of experience.

With her loan, she is going to buy pieces of fabric (wax, veils, bazin...) and other diverse materials that she hopes to resell at a good profit. Her profits will allow her to renovate her home and to meet her children's needs.

In this group: Dialicounda, Anta, Fatoumata, Ivonne, Sirring, Sounkarou, Ramatoulaye, Fatime
