Mrs. S. Ross U. is a rice middleman who buys rice to keep in stock to re-sell later at a better price. Since her business is going well, she wants to expand it so she decided to ask for a loan to buy more rice to keep in stock.

Mrs. S. Ross U. has four children who are all attending the local school. Her husband, Mr. Mut Chek, is a motorbike taxi driver who is able to earn a small income to support the family.
