A loan helped to buy medical materials like a glucometer, gloves, syringes, a stretcher, and forceps.

Juana Francisca's story

When Juana, age 70, was 30 years old she graduated as a nursing technician. She currently has a small practice, and she has 40 years of experience. She has her husband's support in the business. She is a hard-working woman. Her age is not an obstacle to her achieving her goals.

Juana has knocked on the doors of Kiva-MiCredito a second time in order to buy operating supplies (glucometer, gloves, syringes, stretcher, forceps). She will do this to manage to have a little more earnings and to make improvements to her place.

In the near future she plans on being the owner of a modern practice and a small pharmacy with the help of the loans.
