Flor started out making breakfasts at the bus station, but because it wasn't very profitable she decided to join forces with a neighbor making lunches and snacks at another location. She now has 16 years' experience at the small restaurant she runs out of her home, making seafood, rice and all kinds of meats and legumes, and by strategy her business no longer is associated with her neighbor. Flor works every day from 8 a.m. until 3 p.m. With the loan, she plans to purchase tables, chairs and pots for her business. In the future, she wants to continue with the business and increase her clientele.
