A loan of $350 helped purchase of supplies and foliar fertilizers for maintenance of corn crop.

Rosa Janet's story

Rosa is 32 years old, is married and has two children with special needs. They live in Tambor Real, a rural zone in the Pitipo district, Ferreñafe Province, located an hour away from Chiclayo city.

Rosa has worked in agriculture with her husband for several years. She has a hectare of land, inherited from her father, on which she sows grains and vegetables to sell so she can cover the family's expenses. She also raises and sells farmyard animals (birds and pigs) for extra income.

Currently Rosa and her husband have sown corn on their land. The crop is doing well, and they need to maintain it. This is why they had to ask Edpyme Alternativa for their first loan of 1000 new soles, with which they want to purchase supplies and foliar fertilizers to improve crop quality.

Rosa is very hard-working and dedicated to her family. Her greatest desire is to be able to improve their house since it is built of rustic materials.
